# AP automation software by ERP

Start from the ERP you run. Each page lists the vendors that integrate with it, the plans that include the integration, and the cost per invoice at three volumes.

- [AP automation software for NetSuite](https://payablesbrief.com/erp/netsuite/)

NetSuite is the most completely covered ERP in this set: eight of the twelve vendors tracked here name it as a native integration, and BILL and Ramp add it only on their higher, per-user plans. At the volumes where NetSuite is the system of record, usually 5,000 invoices a month and up, a vendor's NetSuite connection often sits behind the same plan tier that decides the subscription cost, so the cheapest seat price and the ERP fit rarely come from the same plan.

- [AP automation software for Sage Intacct](https://payablesbrief.com/erp/sage-intacct/)

Sage Intacct integration is available natively from six of the twelve vendors tracked here, with BILL and Ramp again holding it behind their higher plans rather than their entry tier. Airbase, AvidXchange, Coupa and Medius give Sage Intacct no credit on their own sites, so a Sage Intacct shop evaluating those four is choosing on other grounds.

- [AP automation software for Dynamics 365](https://payablesbrief.com/erp/dynamics-365/)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration is native for seven of the twelve vendors tracked here, covering Business Central and, on some vendors, Finance and Operations too. BILL and Ramp both connect to Dynamics 365 only on their higher-priced plans, so a Dynamics shop comparing those two against a vendor like Tipalti or Stampli, where the connector ships on every plan, is weighing a lower advertised seat price against a plan upgrade it may not show in the headline cost.

- [AP automation software for QuickBooks](https://payablesbrief.com/erp/quickbooks/)

QuickBooks is the one ERP that Ramp connects on every plan, including its free tier, while BILL gives full two-way sync only from its Team plan up and leaves Essentials with manual import and export. Six of the twelve vendors tracked here name QuickBooks as a native integration, which makes this the ERP most small finance teams on QuickBooks will clear without an upgrade.

- [AP automation software for Xero](https://payablesbrief.com/erp/xero/)

Xero has the thinnest coverage of the five ERPs tracked here: only three of the twelve vendors name it at all. Ramp and Coupa connect natively, and BILL syncs fully from its Team plan up, with manual CSV import and export on Essentials. A finance team on Xero evaluating the other nine vendors in this set, including Tipalti, is choosing a tool with no named Xero connection on its own site.
