What kind of site this is

Payables Brief is a static site served through Cloudflare. No application server of ours processes your requests. Cloudflare processes request data (IP address, user agent and request logs) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how Cloudflare handles that data.

What we do not run

This site sets no cookies. We run no analytics service, advertising network, tracking pixel or embedded third-party form. All fonts are self-hosted.

Browser storage

The site stores nothing in your browser. The cost per invoice calculator runs in the page and does not save what you type.

If you email us

If you write to hello@payablesbrief.com, we keep your message and address to reply and to keep a record of corrections and vendor submissions. Mail to and from that address is stored and sent by our email provider. We do not sell that information or share it with anyone else.

Vendor business contacts

If a vendor contacts us about a verified pricing listing, a review or a mention, we keep that correspondence for the purpose of the commercial relationship.

Your rights

You may email hello@payablesbrief.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. This applies whether you are in the UK, the European Economic Area, or a US state with a privacy law that gives you those rights.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. The current version is dated 4 October 2026.
